Kelly Magelky - Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Magelky is a man with a simple goal - to be the best at what he does. Realizing that his love for Colorado was going to keep him there, he decided to start and build up the best production company in all of Colorado. No sooner than he could get his camera turned on, the projects started rolling in and haven’t stopped. Since then, he has had the privilege of directing and editing, commercials, television programs, documentaries, short films, live concerts, and EPK’s. Kelly has built Filament from an idea into a successful worldwide production company. Did we mention that on the weekends he is a professional cyclist?

Isaac Slade - Founder & Chairman of the Board

Slade is a man with a simple love - film and music. After working together at Starbucks, he and Kelly soon realized they had a similar dream to begin what is now Filament. With a humble heart, Isaac desires to bring success and greatness to the production company. Having accomplished huge goals and dreams before the age of 30, he shows no sign of slowing down.

Chris Sattel - Chief Operating Officer

Sattel is a man with a simple dream - to produce content that is creative and emotional. His love for film and television led him to Los Angeles and Las Vegas, where he enjoyed success from production design work to producing award-winning content. A native of Colorado, he jumped at the opportunity to return home after being invited by Kelly and Isaac to carry a fundamental role with Filament.
